Katharine Hooker has practiced family law exclusively throughout her career, with a focus on litigation. She zealously and effectively advocates for clients in negotiations, court proceedings and a wide range of complicated trials. Ms. Hooker represents clients regarding their prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and post-judgment enforcement litigation, and often coordinates with forensic accountants, business and real estate valuation professionals, vocational experts, and mental health professionals to help clients achieve their unique goals.

Ms. Hooker, a graduate cum laude from Azusa Pacific University and Regent University School of Law, is licensed to practice in all California courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association and its family law section; the California Bar Association and its family law section; the Alameda County Bar Association and its family law association; and the Contra Costa Bar Association. Plus, she serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the California Young Lawyers Association section of the California State Bar, and the Alameda County Bar Association—having been honored to twice serve as its President. Ms. Hooker is an accomplished speaker, author and blogger, and is the former CEO & Founder of Great Young Attorney, Inc., a training organization for new attorneys.
